It seems like a very interesting future! I would like to read this book as it seems very interesting. I like your background picture because it relates to the book. Keep up up the good work.
Fahrenheit 451 sounds like we can connect things to our world today. People are usually banning and censoring books because they include few words that may be considered as vulgar or sexual content that is inappropriate for a civilized society. I am hypothesizing that this books explains that books are the lore of life, regardless of any content it might involve. If we keep on censoring books for their use of content, then we might be missing books that may potentially affect the future of society. In my opinion, censoring and banning books violates the First Amendment of the United States. I look forward to reading this book since it might teach us a valuable lesson of the importance of letting books have their own way of self-expression. This blog has done an exceptional job on connecting the book with its background--Spectacular!
The censorship of books is a very simple matter that has turned into an unnecesary and controversial discussion. The only reason books should be censored is to protect the intellectual growth of the youth. Otherwise, there is no single reason that a book should be censored, especially when the first amendment is considered. Good book choice.
